Last week, members of the LC Sign team stepped away from design screens, production lines, and project schedules—and stepped straight into motion.
For 4 days and 3 nights, teammates from different departments came together for a high-energy journey through Jiangxi: from the cloud-wrapped heights of Mount Lu, to the creative fire of Jingdezhen, the poetic countryside of Wuyuan, and finally the historic city of Nanchang.
It wasn't just a team outing.
It was momentum.
It was chemistry.
It was our culture—fully switched on.
All under one shared theme:
"Bond Tighter, Win Brighter – Together.”
Stop 1 | Mount Lu
Push Further. Climb Stronger.
The journey kicked off on the steep trails of Mount Lu.
Step by step, teammates climbed together—some leading, some encouraging, all refusing to quit. Sweat, laughter, and determination filled the mountain paths.
This was the LC Sign spirit in its purest form.
Just like tackling complex global signage projects, the climb demanded endurance, trust, and shared pace. And when the team reached the summit, surrounded by a sea of clouds, the takeaway was unmistakable:

Stop 2 | Jingdezhen
Craft Is an Attitude
In Jingdezhen—the legendary Porcelain Capital—the team witnessed what true mastery looks like.
Watching artisans transform raw clay into refined art struck a familiar chord. At LC Sign, craftsmanship is not a phase of production—it's a mindset embedded in every neon sign, LED lightbox, and custom-built system we deliver.

Stop 3 | Wuyuan
One Team, No Barriers
Surrounded by white walls, grey tiles, and open countryside, Wuyuan became the heart of connection.
Through team challenges, shared tables, and spontaneous conversations, boundaries disappeared. Roles blurred. Titles didn't matter.
Designers exchanged ideas with logistics.
Sales connected with production.
Different functions, one rhythm.
The strongest collaboration doesn't happen in inboxes—it happens face to face.
Stop 4 | Nanchang
Rooted in History. Driven by the Future.
The final stop brought the team to Tengwang Pavilion, where centuries of history stand against Nanchang's glowing modern skyline.
It was a powerful reminder of who we are.
LC Sign honors craftsmanship and heritage—but we move forward with speed, ambition, and confidence. Just like this heroic city, we respect our roots while pushing relentlessly toward what's next.
