• Zero-Tolerance Visual Replication: The Sun God totem features highly intricate linework. We had to strictly replicate every detail, font arrangement, and color ratio of the original design without a single deviation.
• Defying the Tropical Elements: Panama's coastal environment is notoriously humid and hot. The signage required extreme resistance to salt spray, oxidation, and UV rays to ensure it won't fade or deform over time.
• The High-End Finish Hurdle: Achieving a flawless "Mirror-Gold" effect requires micron-level precision in polishing and electroplating to match the luxury textures expected in Hyatt's premier properties.

1. 3D Digital Alignment & Precision Etching

To capture the "sculptural depth" of the original, we used high-precision CNC etching. The logo and lettering are recessed 3mm deep and filled with a specialized matte grey-black oil, creating a sharp, premium contrast against the gold mirror background.]

2. 10mm Aluminum Substrate & Multi-Layer Finishing

We selected a 10mm thick aluminum base to give the sign a substantial, heavy feel. The surface features a sophisticated horizontal brushed texture combined with mirror-gold electroplating, allowing the sign to capture and reflect light beautifully from any angle.

3. Tool-Free, Contractor-Friendly Installation

Recognizing the importance of on-site efficiency, we pre-applied 3M high-bond industrial adhesive. This "peel-and-stick" solution ensures the sign is perfectly level and structurally stable on various wall surfaces without the need for invasive drilling.
